Our Conviction

Our work is powered by a simple, hopeful belief:
when people fall in love with the sea, they protect it.

Our Vision

A world where Asia's oceans and humanity thrive together in true reciprocity — where every coastline is a classroom, every community a steward, and every generation more connected to the sea than the last.

Our Mission

The ocean is in a dire state, but it doesn't have to be. We are on a mission to unlock the sustainable potential of Asia's oceans through immersive education aboard Sea Tiger — shaping a flourishing future for our blue planet and Asian communities.

The Sea Tiger

A 120-foot floating classroom for education at sea.

Sea Tiger is more than a yacht. She is a purpose-built platform for immersive learning — carrying students, scientists, sailors and storytellers across Hong Kong's outlying islands and into the wider waters of Asia. Every voyage trains the next generation of ocean leaders and sustainable yachting ambassadors.

  • Open-Deck Learning Spaces

Modular workstations for water sampling, microscopy, and citizen-science recording.

  • Dive & Snorkel Platform

Stern-launched RIB and dive ladder for safe, supervised access to reef and mangrove sites.

  • Onboard Media Studio

A studio for students to produce films, podcasts, and field journals at sea.

About OceanVines

A Hong Kong harbor, a wooden hull, and a question worth chasing.

OceanVines began on the docks of Hong Kong, where a small group of sailors, scientists, and citizens kept asking the same question: what if yachts — symbols of leisure and luxury — could become vessels of learning, stewardship, and change?

From that question, a movement was born. We refitted and re-purposed the heritage motor yacht Sea Tiger as our floating classroom, laboratory, and ambassador across the South China Sea and beyond.
